PHX-1 Design Tool Kit
November 3, 2011Read moreI just got a notice that a couple designers are putting together yet another nifty Hi-Tec-C pen holder, with a different take on the design than cw&t’s Pen Type A. This one comes with a bamboo case with a ruler doubling as its lid, and the pen itself accepts Hi-Tec-C cartridges. It also features an XACTO hobby blade, with screw-on cover! Sounds pretty nifty…I’ve already blown my pen budget for the year, so it’s up to you to check out the PHX-1 Design Tool Kit on Kickstarter :)

New “Letters” Section
November 2, 2011Read moreI’ve added a new “letters” sub-blog to my growing list of process-related journals. When I have the time to reply to a question, the resulting email is often of broader interest. I have a few other letters from conversations-past that I’ll put up as I come across them. Check the new section out at https://davidseah.com/letters.

How To Get Started Advertising Freelance Services Online?
November 2, 2011Read moreThis letter from Will asks me how to get started advertising freelance services, which is something that I, to my own surprise, have never really thought about. So I describe how I have stumbled into it…
I have permission from the writer to post this letter; I’ve removed specific references to names and places in case these are sensitive. If Will is fine with such details, he can contact me and I’ll stick them back in.
