Day 6 of The Minimalist’s Game sees me throwing out six cardboard boxes and shopping bags. But not just ANY boxes…these are boxes for Apple and Apple-related accessories (plus a few regular boxes).

Apple’s packaging is beautiful. The boxes that even their accessories come in are sturdy and pristine. The box for the Speck hardshell case is not from Apple, but it’s very nice too. The two Apple shopping bags are double-layered and made of a luxurious silken plastic with a lovely drawstring pull. I hate to throw these into the recycling bin because they’re such nice bits of packaging, but that’s where they should go.

I can’t quite bring myself to throw away the box that the laptop came in, though…I am not THAT strong!
