My sis has been quite the source of cheesy fun lately!

First, she gave me a nice Cuisinart Electric Fondue Pot for Christmas. It’s awesome…it’s non-stick, heats up quick, has a breakaway safety plug, and can be used for oil fondue. The entire unit is dishwasher safe too, so cleanup is easy.

She’s also been sending me information about Cheese Shops. The latest bit is from Gothamist, an online zine about New York City that we both like (looking forward to the Bostonist when it becomes active). Anyway, for the ultimate in snooty eating, one can confidently assemble their own after dinner cheese platter using Gothamist’s handy cheese shopping tips.
