- Systernals was acquired by Microsoft, but many of the free tools are still available. Winternals sadly is not.
- Wintellect is a Windows debugging consultancy. Found them through a mention of Numega - Where Are They Now? post. A lot of the people ended up at a place called Mindreef.
- Compuware, which bought Numega and ultimately closed the development lab, still sells Boundschecker for a whopping $5700.
- There's a Debugging Section on CodeProject that has a lot of seemingly-detailed tutorials on how to start debugging.
- The Wikipedia SoftICE entry has a list of people who worked on the project.
- DebugInfo.com seems to be a Windows debugging consultancy. There are also how-to articles on the site that look useful.
