About Letters to Dave
I occasionally get email from people who are facing questions interesting questions, and I usually try to take the time to provide my thoughts on the matter.
With permission of the writers, I’ve decided to post some of the exchanges here, as I think they might be interesting other people. Also, we’re open to comments…I don’t pretend to have all the answers by any means, and perhaps there are others out there with a different perspective or a solution. Feel free to join in.
My general policy is:
I’ll assume that names and places should be withheld by default. The correspondent can email me privately or leave a comment to back-fill information.
My replies do not establish or imply any liability, association, or contract between myself and the correspondent. I’ll try to be helpful, though.
