Today, as I was leaving Active Edge, my car dashboard went “bing!” Looking down, I saw that the little “warning! temperature is close to freezing!” light had gone on. For me, this is the official notification that Winter is coming. Thank goodness I have heated seats.

Oh, Dave! Can’t you just see the first few flakes falling soon? How many snowstorms lay in wait for us this winter? When will that first one be? Is there enough frozen food in the freezer to take us through the long storms, but little enough frozen food in the freezer that we can eat it all within one day after the first extended power-outage?? Ah, winter!
